Are you convinced you are not flexible so therefore yoga is not a good fit? Do you struggle with your weight or digestion issues that are annoying and leave you feeling bloated. This 4-week workshop is for you! We will be exploring the intersection between stress, digestion and weight management. Each weekly class will contain a 10-15 minute nutrition talk on topics such as gut health, building strength, food and mood and using mindfulness on and off the mat.
